
Another three set win for New Zealand's Lulu Sun as she charges into the big time and the third round of Wimbledon singles.
Sun beat fellow qualifier Yuliia Starodubtseva from Ukraine 4-6, 6-3, 6-2 in two hours 13 minutes showing plenty of resolve to win from a set down.
This was Sun’s fifth win at this year’s Wimbledon, including three victories in qualifying and to make it to the last 32, puts her up among the world's best.

The Ukrainian player started strong with a break of Sun's serve in the first game, however the kiwi came back to return the break to make the score 4-4.
But Sun couldn't hold in the next game and Starodubtseva wrapped up the first set.
Th istime it was Sun who started well with an early break and forced her way to 5-2, before a long game which went the way of the of the Ukrainian. Sun then served out the set with an ace.
In the third set the 23-year-old New Zealander was too strong and also consistent for her opponent, sealing the victory in quick fashion.
Her next match is against Lin Zhu from China who is ranked 61st, but doesn't have a great record on the grass at Wimbledon having failed to pass the second round in her previous five attempts.

In the women's doubles at Wimbledon Routliffe and Canadian Gaby Dabrowski scored a relatively straight forward victory over Russian's Mirra Andreeva and Anastasia Potapova, 6-2, 7-5.
