A chaotic first round has put Lydia Ko in trouble if she is to even make the cut at the US Women's Open.
Ko is tied 147th after a 10-over first round 80 at the Lancaster Country Club in Pennsylvania on Thursday (Friday NZ Time) after a round which featured six bogeys, two double-bogeys and just a single par.

She is 12 shots off the first round leaders after what was the worst round of her career.
The other New Zealand in the field, Amelia Garvey had a six over round to be tied for 124th. She carded two birdies, six bogeys and a double-bogey.
Ko and Garvey weren't the only players to struggle. Tournament favourite Nelly Korda carded a 10 over including 10 shots on the par three 12th hole.
Meanwhile, Ryan Fox has carded a four under first round at the Canadian Open in Ontario to be tied third.
The Aucklander managed birdies on the first, eighth, ninth, 12th and 17th, but bogeyed the 18th for his only blemish.
Fox is tied with Rory McIlroy and Scotsman, Robert MacIntyre, three shots from the leaders Sean O'Hair and Sam Burns.
