New Zealand’s domestic T20 finals will be held at the one venue, the Basin Reserve, the first time the competition has had a pre-determined finals location.
The Basin Reserve will play host to both the Super Smash and Women’s Super Smash elimination finals and grand finals over the first weekend of February.

The Finals Weekend concludes the schedule, which includes 64 T20 matches comprising of 32 double-headers at 10 venues across New Zealand, all broadcast on TVNZ+ and Duke TV, with the both grand finals also broadcast live on SENZ.
The season begins on Boxing Day at Hamilton’s Seddon Park as the Auckland Aces begin their title defence against the 2022 and 2023 back-to-back champion Northern Brave.
Cricket fans in Central Otago will be treated to a feast of cricket leading into the New Year as the Otago Sparks and Volts embark on three double-headers in six days at Alexandra’s Molyneux Park, including a New Year’s Eve showdown against Central Districts.
The defending champion Wellington Blaze will begin their quest for a ninth Super Smash title when they face-off against the Northern Brave in a New Year’s Day special at Seddon Park.
The competition continues in January in tandem with the Black Caps’ white-ball series against Sri Lanka.
The White Ferns will also be playing during that time, while the Black Caps will return to their Super Smash sides heading into the finals weekend before leaving for the ODI tri-series and Champions Trophy in Pakistan.
