The Black Ferns have won the Cape Town leg of the World Sevens Series after beating the United States 26-12 in the final.
It's their first tournament triumph of the season after they were edged by Australia in the final of the opening round in Dubai.

In the final, the Black Ferns scored four tries to two with Jorja Miller, Jasmin Felix-Hotham, Kelsey Teneti and Dhys Faleafaga crossing for New Zealand.
Miller was the Player of the Final and says the win wasn't easy..
"I just love this game, love my job and love playing rugby. It was a bit of a grind at the start, but once we had the ball we were powerful. We've got an exciting group and the next four years is going to be epic."
The Black Ferns Sevens captained by Sarah Hirini now lead the women's standings after two rounds on 38 points, four ahead of Australia, who finished fourth in Cape Town.
The All Blacks Sevens were sixth in Cape Town after failing to reach the semis.
The loss to France in pool play cost them a top four spot.
The All Blacks Sevens beat Great Britain 21-17 in the fifth place semi-finals before going down 17-12 to Argentina in the fifth place playoff.
The series now takes a break over Christmas.
